Meet the founder

Good products deserve
a buying experience
that makes sense.

I’m Will, Founder/CEO of Branch & Button. My background spans media, design, and AI—work that repeatedly comes back to the same challenge: the way information is framed determines what people notice, understand, trust, and act on.

That made me pay close attention to a familiar ecommerce gap. A shopper can genuinely want a product and still leave because one practical question is unanswered at the point of choice. It might be fit, compatibility, delivery, returns, what is included, or the difference between two options. The question looks small. The hesitation it creates is not.

I built Branch & Button to close that gap without burying merchants in another generic audit. We connect approved product facts and real shopper evidence to a specific buying obstacle, then turn the answer into a storefront change the merchant can review before it reaches customers.

The aim is simple and demanding: make the product easier to understand, the choice easier to make, and the result easier to evaluate honestly.

What the service is built around

Clear enough to trust.
Practical enough to use.

Every engagement is designed to keep the evidence, the merchant, and the actual storefront connected.

01

Evidence before opinion.

Recommendations trace back to facts and shopper signals you can inspect—not a recycled list of best practices.

02

See it before it ships.

You review the actual draft experience and approve the work before an agreed change reaches customers.

03

Honest results.

The handover says what the available evidence supports, what remains uncertain, and what decision makes sense next.

A note from Will
“I want every merchant to understand why a change is being recommended, see the work before it reaches customers, and know what the result actually means.”

Technology can organize evidence and accelerate the work. It should never replace product knowledge, merchant approval, or honest judgment about the outcome.

One unanswered question can stall a good product.

Let’s find the question
worth fixing.
