Questions store owners ask before moving forward.

What does Branch & Button do?+

We find buying questions that your store is not answering clearly, then prepare the agreed copy and interface changes in a reviewable Shopify draft.

Is this an app or a service?+

It is a hands-on service supported by software. We do the scoped work with you instead of handing you another app to configure.

Can one engagement cover several issues?+

Yes, when the issues shape the same buying decision. Related product choice, delivery, and policy questions can share one scope; unrelated work is priced separately.

When do I see the price?+

After the initial review, you receive the proposed work, fee, timing, and access needs in writing. Submitting a store is not a purchase.

Do you need my Shopify password?+

No. Store access should use an authorized connection with only the permissions required for the approved work. Never send passwords or payment details through an enquiry.

Can a change reach my live store without approval?+

No. You review the draft first. Release requires the agreed approval and rollback plan.

Do you guarantee more sales?+

No. Product fit, traffic, pricing, tracking, and other factors affect revenue. The report states what the evidence supports and where uncertainty remains.

What if there is not enough traffic for a controlled test?+

Measurement feasibility is reviewed before the scope is accepted. If a controlled test is not practical, the scope states what can still be evaluated and what cannot.

What do I receive?+

You receive the agreed storefront changes, their evidence and quality checks, and a clear handover with limitations and recommended next actions.

Can I cancel?+

Your written agreement will state the cancellation and refund terms before payment, including how completed and unstarted work are treated.
