Information you provide

If you send a support question, we receive the name, email address, optional store URL, and message you submit. If you later request a store review or begin an engagement, we may receive business contact details, store information, product facts, customer-feedback excerpts, approvals, and project communications. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary customer records through a public form.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How we use information

We use information to answer questions, evaluate whether the service may fit a store, perform an agreed engagement, secure and maintain the website, keep required business records, and comply with law. We do not use submitted store information to train a public AI model.

Service providers

We may use hosting, email-delivery, business-email, payment, analytics, and store-platform providers to operate the service. Each receives only the information reasonably needed for its role. A provider may process information in another jurisdiction under its own legal obligations and contractual safeguards.

Retention

Support messages and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the service, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Test data and unsuccessful enquiries may be deleted sooner. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.

Your choices

This website and service are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
